About Us

We are a residential design-build firm based in Dallas, Texas. We believe in timeless design, quality construction, and exceptional service to our clients. We streamline the process of your project by taking care of both the design and construction of your home. Our design-build process allows for budget consideration earlier in the project so delays related to costs are limited.

Most design-build firms are run by contractors, who often stick to doing things the more traditional way. We, as architects, can offer more creativity and custom designs to suit your needs.

Our Team

Garth Russo

I grew up in the Dallas area, graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Architecture, worked in construction, lived in Washington DC where I worked at respected design-build contractor Landis Architects/Builders, came back home to Dallas and obtained my architect’s license. I like pugs, the Inwood Theatre, and Budweiser.

Thomas Nguyen

I was born in Vietnam and raised in Texas. I graduated with a Biology degree from the University of Dallas, but an Art and Architecture course in Rome convinced me to change careers, so I attended Texas A&M University and earned a Master of Architecture degree in 2006. I have worked at a number of Dallas design firms for both architecture and interior design and obtained my license in 2012. I appreciate mid-century furniture, airstreams, and vintage motorcycles.
